Extensive breakfast; recommended. Easy and ideal position in the tranquil area, near the restaurant which was probably a blessing in disguise and Norwich, Aylsham and the Norfolk coast.

Fairly decent place with especially helpful staff in all areas, enjoyed it. The venue was in a countryside location not far from pub, the lake, and the conservatory. Also, Horsford Castle was 5 km away.

Amiable people working here, nice place. Plenty of options, reasonably priced food. All in all lovely and very pretty location, so close to Elm Farm Country House and The Black Swan pub which is 5 minutes away. Simply nothing to complain about, very lovely stay.

It has ideal, exceptionally nice setting, adjacent to Norwich during that period, Elm Farm Country House and the grounds. Also, Avro Vulcan is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Descent place, it has attentive staff in all areas. It boasts magnificent, stunning location just next door to Norwich and the coast, the restaurant and bouncy castle. If in Norwich again would happily return.

Lovely base for a wedding ceremony in Norwich. Unbeatable, particularly good location in Norwich, short walk to Wroxham and Norwich, excellent pub nearby and the restaurant which was probably a blessing in disguise. Great choice for weekend.

Overall it was nicely furnished with excellent shower. The location was excellent close enough to the town centre for a cheap cab.

The location was easy, near to The Black Swan pub and restaurant and easily accessible. Had the standard double room and it was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed.
